KEEP FIT BE HAPPY This is a Pilates class. Exercises for core strengthening (Abs, back, chest, and arms) and good posture working carefully with the muscles to prevent injuries, nice and soft stretches to help the body structure to be more flexible.
Learn how to isolate the muscles how to stretch them and create a flexible tall torso and long limbs. In this class we focus also to the lower body toning the legs and the buttocks.

Leta Alamanou has been teaching Pilates Matwork classes for ten years.
She has experience working with students of all levels and creating classes upon their own special needs.
She has been working as a Thai Yoga Massage therapist and she has organized workshops upon Thai yoga Massage principles.
She is a Tantra yoga teacher and she has experience in organizing guided meditations as well.

Most of the exercises are down on the floor and some of them in a standing position. You need to wear socks and comfortable fitting clothes.
